Terms & Conditions for h5yyrr

Welcome to h5yyrr. These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms," "Agreement," or "T&C") govern your use of the h5yyrr online betting and gaming platform (the "Platform," "Site," or "Service"). h5yyrr is operated by an international gaming entity licensed and regulated under the laws of an offshore jurisdiction. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slot games, and other forms of online gambling entertainment to eligible users in Indonesia.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

2. Acceptance of Terms

If h5yyrr discovers that a User has provided false information regarding age, identity, or residency, or that a User is underage, the Account will be immediately suspended, all wagers voided, and all funds forfeited. h5yyrr is not responsible for any losses incurred by Users who violate eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

To use the h5yyrr Platform, you must create a personal Account by providing accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. You may only create one (1) Account per person. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts created using false or borrowed identities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) when prompted or when available in your Account settings.
• Immediately notify h5yyrr customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Log out of your Account after each session, especially when using a shared or public device.

h5yyrr is not liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security measures.

4.3 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your Account information promptly if any details change. h5yyrr reserves the right to verify the accuracy of Account information at any time and may request supporting documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within seven (7) calendar days may result in Account suspension.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

h5yyrr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods:

• Indonesian Bank Transfers: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata.
• E-Wallet Services: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification.
• You must have wagered a minimum of one (1) times the total deposit amount before withdrawal eligibility.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• h5yyrr reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing large withdrawals (over Rp 10,000,000).

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times

Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 5–15 minutes during business hours (08:00–22:00 WIB, Monday through Sunday). Withdrawals requested outside business hours are processed on the next available business day. h5yyrr reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests if fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

h5yyrr offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement (also known as a rollover or playthrough requirement) before they can be withdrawn as cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x wagering requirement" means you must wager thirty times the bonus value). Users found to be abusing bonuses will have all bonus funds and associated winnings voided, and their Account may be permanently suspended.

6.3 Bonus Forfeiture

h5yyrr reserves the right to cancel, modify, or terminate any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. If you request a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirements of an active bonus, the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 Sports Betting

h5yyrr offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on a wide range of sports, including football (bandar bola), basketball, tennis, badminton, volleyball, MotoGP, and more. All bets are subject to the specific rules of each sport and market type. In cases of ambiguity or dispute, h5yyrr's decision is final and binding.

7.2 Voided Bets and Postponed Events

If a sports event is postponed, canceled, or abandoned, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes refunded, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours of the original start time. h5yyrr reserves the right to void any bet if:

• The event result is determined by a technical error or system malfunction.
• There is evidence of match-fixing or fraudulent activity.
• The User has violated these Terms and Conditions.

7.3 Casino Games and Slots

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, h5yyrr, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cease using the Platform and close your Account.

8.4 User Responsibility

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Gambling involves financial risk and may result in loss of funds.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• You will not hold h5yyrr liable for any losses incurred while using the Platform.
• You will comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations on gambling winnings.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Creating multiple Accounts or using false identities.
• Colluding with other Users or engaging in syndicate betting.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place bets or manipulate outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or glitches in the Platform.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or fraudulent activity.

• Harassing, threatening, or abusing h5yyrr staff or other Users.

Violation of any prohibited activity will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action.

10. Account Closure and Termination

10.1 Voluntary Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting h5yyrr customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your Account will be returned to you via your registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC verification.

10.2 Involuntary Termination

h5yyrr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of Account closure due to Terms violation, h5yyrr reserves the right to forfeit all funds in your Account.

10.3 Self-Exclusion

If you believe you have a gambling problem, you may request self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion periods range from 6 months to permanent closure. 11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which h5yyrr is licensed. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules of the licensing jurisdiction. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact h5yyrr customer support in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
